Cottage. Late C18-early C19. Flint with brick lacings, Flemish brickwork on flint base to front. Thatched roof. Two storeys, two bays, comprising major heated room with gable stack and entrance, and minor unheated room subdivided for stair. C20 boarded door in open gabled porch. Three- and two-light paned windows, those to ground floor with cambered half-brick segmental arches. Timber framed rear wall and contemporary lean-to, widened in C20. Blocked door to smaller room, and right gable in header bond. Brick offset eaves. Brick stack; roof hipped to right.
