MELBECKS LOW ROW SD 99 NE (south side) 15/110 Farm building, adjoining wall and gate-pier, approximately 5 metres to west of Old Post Office GV II Farm building, adjoining wall and gate-pier: late C18. Rubble, stone slate roof. Entrance front at right angles to road has ground floor central board door in plain stone surround on plinths, on right external stone steps to similar doorway on first floor. In centre of first floor a shuttered window in stone surround. Hipped roof. Right return wall has ashlar surround to first floor oculus. Short length of rubble wall to right of entrance front Included partly for group considerations.
