15/30 Town Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Late C18 - early C19, possibly of 2 builds. Rubble sandstone
with some ashlar dressings, pantile and Welsh slate roofs. 2 storeys with
rear outshut, 1:3 bays. Main house, to right: coursed rubble with ashlar
dressings; chamfered rusticated quoins; central 3-panel door below 3-pane
overlight in raised ashlar surround; sash windows with glazing bars in
raised ashlar surrounds; shaped kneelers, ashlar coping; corniced ashlar end
stacks. To left, lesser range, set back slightly and with slightly lower
eaves level has 4-pane sash window with deep lintel; first-floor side-
sliding sash; shaped kneeler, ashlar coping and ashlar end stack to left;
pantile roof with stone slates at eaves. At junction of 2 ranges, quoined
single-storey, lean-to porch with small window, and board door in left
return.
