House and barn, now two houses. Mid-late C18 with mid C20 alterations. Grey gritstone rubble, graduated stone slate roof. Two storey, two bay house to right; former two bay barn and byre, now two storey house, to left. Quoins to original house and to barn (left).
Sunnybank (right): C20 half-glazed door to left of centre, in plain surround, flanked by two-light flat-faced mullion windows to ground and first floor. End stacks.
Former barn, left: half-glazed door in plain; surround (probable original byre entrance) to far left; remains of left quoined jamb and pitched stone voussoirs to slightly cambered arch of former cart entrance to right, the right jamb formed by the quoins of the house. Plain surrounds to windows, two to each floor. Included for group value.
