Farmhouse. C17 refronted mid C19. Pebbledash stone dressings, stone slate roof.
Entrance in second bay has plain surround and 6-panel door. 3 ground floor and 4
upper floor windows have plain surrounds and c.1970s casements except fourth bay
which has sashes with glazing bars. Eaves modillions. Left-hand gable end ridge
stack and ridge stack between third and fourth bays. Projecting single-storey
shop to right hides former entrance with chamfered surround and basket arched
lintel. Left-hand return contains remains of blocked C17 flat and round-headed
windows partially hidden by slobbered rendering. Included for group value.
