GV II

House. Early C19. Pinkish-brown brick with grey slate roof. Central
staircase hall plan, with low 2 storey outshut to rear left. 2 storeys, 3
first floor windows. 3 steps to central 6-panel door under fanlight with
radial glazing bars in doorcase of fluted pilasters and caps under open
pediment. Outer bays have 16-pane sashes, narrower sash with 12-pane
glazing bars above door, all in flush wood architraves. Ground floor
windows under segmental arches those to first floor under cambered lintels.
Wooden eaves band. End stacks. Contemporary fall pipe.
