Farmhouse now 2 cottages. Late C17, early C18. Deeply coursed,
squared gritstone, stone slate roofs. L-shaped, 2 storeys, irregular
fenestration. Roadside elevation : large quoins. Central doorway
to main range has chamfered quoined surround and shaped lintel with
hoodmould. C20 casement to each side and to first floor left.
Double-chamfered window to first floor right now with C20 casement.
Crosswing to right has C20 part-glazed door in chamfered surround.
Ashlar ridge and end stacks. Rear : mostly C19 fenestration but
remains of a double-chamfered window with hoodmould to left of door.
3-light square-faced mullion window above. Crosswing has half-hipped
roof. Right return : 3-light double-chamfered mullion window to
right under truncated hoodmould; altered opening to left. Two 2-light
double-chamfered mullion windows to first floor now with C20 casements.
