Late C18,a circa 1800 detached double fronted cottage associated with
Esholt Estate. Two-storeys, coursed gritstone with ashlar quoins. Stone
slate roof with flanking corniced chimneys. Three light square mullion
windows in squared surrounds. Victorian gabled wooden porch. Outshut and
2-storey C20 extension to rear. Low outshut to east gable end.
