Mill building now unoccupied industrial premises. Mid C19. Coursed squared stone, roof not visible. Four storeys , five x nine bays. North front: on left a round-arched doorway with four-panel door and fanlight and a segment-arched waggon entrance to its right, both with dropped keystones and set in rusticated ashlar panel with cornice. To right a door flanked by blocked windows. Six-pane windows to first floor, four-pane sashes to second floor, shorter four-pane sashes or six-pane windows to third floor, all with stone lintels and projecting cills. Modillion cornice. Modillion-corniced stack on left. Later brick addition on roof. Left return: the four left-hand bays are built out over the river on triangular-section cutwaters. The windows of bays seven and eight are set lower on each floor. Ground floor: three windows to left; other openings blocked. First floor: door to bay three, the stair to it removed. Second floor: doorway to bay five. Third floor: windows to bays seven and eight taller than other windows. Modillion cornice. Part of mill complex. In state of dereliction at time of resurvey.
