Main barn to Hall Farm

Large barn, aisled to both sides. Timber work probably C16; C19
stone cladding in hammer dressed stone. Stone slate roof. Near-
central square-headed cart entry with raised roof. Outshut to left
and right. Opposed square entry at rear with gabled roof. Outshut
to left. C19 domestic addition, with pitched roof, to right. C19
domestic extension to left gable.

5-bay interior with 4 trusses on posts and one in each gable wall.
The trusses are open with queen-struts and collar. All rafters
are collared. Posts are on stone footings and have lifting holes,
and are braced to tie-beams and arcade plates. Aisle-ties.
Studding to side wall of rear cart entry.
