Minister's house, adjoining Church of St. Paulinus, Cemetery Road (q.v.).
1871 by Edward Welby Pugin. Pitched faced stone. Slate roof. 3 and 4
storeys. String courses and hood moulds. Two-bay frontage with gabled
roof to right and hipped roof to left. Shouldered arched windows.
Gabled dormer to left. 4 storeys to rear which has a single gabled bay
of 3-light shouldered arched windows to lower 3 floors, the top floor
having a single light. To the right another bay, set back, with cross-
windows at intermediate level, for staircase.
