with raised vermiculated quoins. 3 storeys with sill bands and
top entablature, with blocking course, on long brackets. 4 bays.
1st floor windows with architrave, pulvinated frieze and cornice.
2nd floor windows are segmental-headed with bracketed sills.
Modern shops to ground floor.
