Small detached house. C17 or early C18. Considerable c1970s restoration. Coursed rubble. Stone slate roof (C20). Two storeys. Near-central Tudor-arched doorway (restored). One four-light window to left and one three-light window to right, both double-chamfered. Continuous drip mould (restored) rises as hood mould over doorway. At first floor level, one four-light window to left and one three-light window to right, both chamfered. All window surrounds are rendered and many mullions are replacements. Chamfered gable copings (concrete replacements) on moulded kneelers. C20 porch to rear and some double-chamfered windows. Left return has a projecting chimney breast with roten stack, and small chamfered fire-window to first floor left. Interior not inspected.
