Terrace of 3 good weavers houses. Early to mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Stone
slate roof. Three stone stacks. Gable copings on carved kneelers. Moulded stone
brackets to both elevations. Three storeys. North-west elevation: Nos 3 and 5 to
left: near symmetrical faacade. Ground and first floors of 2 bays with central door
and 3-light stone mullioned window to right of 4-light stone mullioned window to
left. Two 6-light stone mullined windows to second floor with one light blocked to
right. No 1 to right: ground floor/basement: 2 central doorways (one blocked). Large
window opening to each side. First floor: central doorway in modern porch, with
bridge. One 2-light window to left and 3-light window to right. Second floor:
continuous 10-light stone mullioned window. Single entrance (No 5) to north-east
gable, ground floor. South-east elevation: house to right (Nos 3 and 5): central door
with 3-light window to left and 4-light window to right. Two 6-light stone mullioned
windows to first floor. One 14-light stone mullioned window to second floor with sill
band. House to left (No 1). One 10-light stone mullioned window to second floor.
Formerly barn joined house and 90° to ground and first floors. Barn now part
demolished. Exposed wall of house now rendered and has several new openings.
