Cottage, now shop. Possibly of late C17 origins with early C19 alteration.
Thin coursed sandstone, stone slate roof. Single-cell. Single storey.
2 bays. Quoins. 2-light flat-faced mullioned window with projecting sill
to left of doorway with tie-stone jambs. Brick stack to left gable. Right-
hand return has 3-light window with chamfered mullions but with square tie-stone
jambs and projecting sill. Slate hoodmould.
