Owner gives date of 1745 and earlier, but appears early C19. 2 storeys
in stone with stone slate roof and end chimney stacks. 3 windows, stone
architraves, hung sashes, no glazing bars. Two large ground floor C19
bays on front elevation. Ground floor room has a moulded ceiling cornice,
arched alcove and stone fireplace with shouldered moulding. Former stables
are Nos 28 to 32.

Nos 28 to 34 (even) form a group.
