Grouted scantle slate roofs with brick chimneys over the gable ends and over the
cross party wall.
Plan: 2 similar adjoining houses each of 2 room plan with central entrance lobbies.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 4 window front comprising 2 symmetrical 2 window fronts
with central doorways. Original 4-panel flush-beaded doorway to left-hand house, no
door to right hand house. Original 12-pane hornless sashes except later 4-pane
horned sash at far left.
