C16 origins, altered and extended in late C18/early C19. L-plan. Block parallel to road is rendered on timber frame. Pantile roof. Two storeys, first floor is jettied out on wooden brackets. East elevation has four-light king mullion and chamfered mullion casement; glazing bar sash and modern picture window on ground floor. North gable wall has elaborate C19 bargeboard, glazing bar sash window on first floor and early C19 door and picture window on ground floor. Rear wing (north) is early C19. Render lined out as ashlar. Pantile roof. Three storeys one window, sixteen-pane glazing bar sash. Six panel door at left.
Interior: windbracing in roof. Timber frame is evident. Large chamfered beams.
Important townscape feature closing south end of wider part of High Street.
