House. Probably C17 origin, rewindowed early C19 and front stable added, with
later alterations. Rubble, rendered, brick, pantiled roof with ridge and gable
stacks. Possibly originally through passage plan, closed by addition of stable,
now used as accommodation and forming L-plan. 2 storeys, front has to right
2-panelled door with round heads to panels, pilasters, blind painted fanlight and
open pediment, 16-pane sash at ground and first floor right; 2-storey stable
wing to left with roof extending in catslide to inner side, has single light
under eaves and door to right side, gable end front of wing has 3 openings with
segmental brick heads at ground floor, 2 to right with 2-light casements, blocked
to left, two 2-light casements above with brick segmental heads and glazing bars,
boarded upper gable end, left side has carriage entry with brick segmental head
and double doors, 2-light casement under eaves, two 2-light casements to left,
one formerly door, 2-pane light above and 4-pane light under eaves. Left return
gable end of main range has 2-light casement at first floor and single storey
lean-to with 2-light casement. Rear has 3 windows, 2-light casements at first
floor, ground floor has sash to left, door with porch and 1/2-glazed door to right.
