Also known as Carruthers.
Farmhouse mid C19. Roughcast rubble walls, graduated slate roof, end chimney
stacks, right hand one corbelled. Cast iron ogee gutter and downpipe. Two
storeys and attic. Six panelled door in timber gabled porch with slate roof.
Moulded iron door knocker. 1 6-paned sash window to each side of door, 2
6-paned sash windows to first floor. Interior has reused C18 staircase and roof
timbers.
