The Leases, farmhouse
& attached buildings

G.V. II

House with attached barn/stables. Late C18 with mid C19 additions. Coursed,
squared rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roof with stone copings and
kneelers; stone end chimneys to house. 2 storey, 3 bay house is limewashed. On
east side, original central door has been blocked; single sash with glazing bars
to either side and two 16-paned sashes above. Outshut to west side (added
1840's) has central door with two windows to each floor. Original barn has two
doors to west side and large wagon entrance to east, all with timber lintels.
South end of range added 1847 (date on keystone to segmental door-head on west
side) with access to hay loft up steps on east side.
