House and barn, initialled and dated on lintel to porch door I.M. E.M. 1712;
later additions and alterations. Coursed, squared rubble on plinth. Graduated
stone-flagged roof overall; house has stone end chimneys. Parallel range added
to rear of house, of similar construction. Symmetrical 2-storey, 5-bay house
front has central gabled porch with plank door; sashes. Elliptical-headed wagon
door and byre door, with loft access above, to rear of barn. C20 lean-to
outbuildings at front of barn not included.
