Early C19. 2 storeys, rendered, carved as stone. Stone slate roof and modillion
eaves cornice. 1 window to both storeys, stone surrounds, and 1 to basement
with iron area guard. Handrail to 3 steps to door of 6 fielded panels in doorway
with pilasters and cornice with modillions on carved brackets. Radiating semi-circular
fanlight.
