Farmhouse, now holiday cottage. Circa early C18. Stone rubble and cob, rendered and
painted. Rag slate roof with gable ends, left-hand, probably kitchen stack with set-
offs.
2 room and through passage plan with kitchen in slightly larger room on left and
parlour on right. Outshut added to rear of lower kitchen range. Partitions now
removed and early C20 stair inserted in passage.
2 storeys, regular almost symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor with 2 late C19
2-light casements and early C20 partly glazed 4-panel door placed slightly to right
of centre. Slatehood above on shaped brackets. First floor with 3 late C19
casements.
Interior with kitchen fireplace blocked and parlour fireplace with renewed lintel.
Roof timbers; base of principals slightly chamfered, complete roof structure not
inspected.
