Cottage, mid C17. Timber framing with plastered brick nogged panels
and rendered brickwork, thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2
bays. Stone plinth. Timbers front and rear, in small framing style.
Gables rendered brickwork. Replaced 2-light flush casements, with
leaded lattice glazing, inserted into frame panels. First floor
windows in gabled dormer, and a gable, all with barge boards. Front
entrance boarded door replaced by a 4-panel door. A single gable
stack.
Interior: Chamfered beams and exposed joists, original chamfered
purlins, ridgetree and wind braces. One collar truss.
