Pair of Peckforton Estate Cottages, circa 1870. Red brick with tiled roof. 2 storeys. The right-hand (east) gabled house is one bay, the west house is two bays. Boarded doors, in Tudor-arched openings, formed into vertical panels by cover fillets and with false strap hinges. Cast-iron hexagonal pane casement windows. Large stack off weathered ridge level band with keeled pilasters and heavy overhanging cap.
