Formerly flour mill now joinery workshop: C1865. Hammer-dressed buff
sandstone. Flat-coped Kerridge stone-slate roof, and a stone chimney.
Rectangular plan. 3-storey, 3-bay west front. Massive quoins to 1st
floor level. Similar work to elliptical arched central cart entrance.
Above are 2 loading bays with projecting sills now with half-glazed
doors. Windows to either side in 2 upper storeys include 16-pane sash
(the original treatment). Projecting moulded cornice. Another cart
entrance in south front and east front has original fenestration.
