6/13 Daintith's Farmhouse,
including former
dairy wing.

GV II

Farmhouse C17 altered. Squared rubble red sandstone with oak-framed
east gable and probably C18 brick extensions south and east and graded
grey slate roofs with brick chimneys. Daintith carved at first floor
level on east gable. Two storeys; an irregular plan. Plain flush
bevelled-mullion windows in east gable, recessed bevelled mullions in
birdsmouthed bevelled surrounds in west gable and north wing. Windows
in stone walls are leaded; in brick walls are wood casements, some
with mock leading. C20 gabled timber-framed south porch. Interior
much altered.

Two-storey attached former dairy of brick on stone plinth, with graded
grey slate roof.
