Early mid C19. End of terrace with tablet "NORTH TERRACE". Main front to
TENNENT STREET. Brick with stone dressings, welsh slate roof. Two storeys
and basement. Modillion eaves cornice. Gauged, flat brick arches to windows.
Modern except for one glazing bar sash. Steps to half glazed door in panelled
reveal and upper lights in Ionic doorcase.
