Mid C18. 3 storeys (4 at rear). 4 ranges of plate glass sash windows with
brick flat arches. Parapet with moulded stone cope. Brick built with slate
roof. 2 gable end ridge chimneys, that to east being amalgamated in upper
part with the decorative stack of No 11. Near flush moulded window frame.
Tall pilastered Doric doorcast (C19) to left with triglyph frieze, 6 panel door
with rectangular light above. Step with railings to door.
