8/77 Holly House

House, circa 1840s. Stuccoed rubble stone with hipped scantle slate roof with
wide eaves. Rendered brick stacks over side walls. 2 storeys, symmetrical, 3
window front and plat band below 1st floor window cill level. Ground floor with
central partly glazed door with rectangular fanlight and panelled reveals.
Contemporary sash windows flanking and above with margin glazing bars and exposed
sash boxes. Interior not inspected.
