1830s. 2 storey stucco villa with dentil cornice, blocking course and wide central
pediment. 5 windows with plaster architraves, glazing bar sash windows tripartite
on ground floor with bracket cornices. Central box porch with cornice end blocking
course, set back pilasters and tripartite. High kitchen garden wall to north-east.
Interior: Wide hall with tripartite entry to stairs (side lights and pin traceried,
elegant staircase).
