2 rainwater heads dated 1780. Brick, north wall timberframed and plastered. Slate
roof. 2 storeys, angled to east. 5 bays on first floor, 10 on ground floor, sashes
with round heads and projecting keystones. The ground floor was originally open,
supported by granite Doric columns. Blocked portico porch to west with carved
tympanum, granite columns and minded head, arms of Saltash in gabled tablet breaking
into eaves about porch. Plain pilasters on sides and wide modillion eaves.
