Built between 1843 and 1845, of 2 storeys and 3 window range. Walls of gault
brick. Central front door with 2 plain tapered Ionic columns, 2 pilasters,
and entablature. Ground floor windows horned sashes, plate-glazed with margin
sashes. Stucco anthemion motifs above. First floor windows in Egyptian style
stucco eared architraves. Roof hipped and slated; 4 gault chimney stacks,
2 to each end wall.
