ST AGNES PETERVILLE SQUARE,
SW 75 SW
4/187 Nos 12 and 13,
- II

House, at some time converted into 2 houses. Circa mid C19. Coursed killas walls
with dressed granite quoins and dressed granite arches over the openings. Asbestos
slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.
Plan: Double-depth plan with probably 2 rooms at the front flanking a central
entrance hall leading to stair hall between rear service rooms. Possibly altered in
the C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front with central doorway. Original
panelled door with 2 tall round-arched panels. Original 12-pane hornless sashes
except for 2 later horned copies on the left. All the openings are spanned by
shallow segmental granite arches with keyblocks.
Interior not inspected.
