Originally 2 cottages, now 1. C18. Whitewashed rubble walls with upper
plastered cob walls. Thatched roof. Rendered brick chimneys at gable ends and
in ridge to right. 2 storeys. Left, regular 2 window front with doorway to
centre with C19 wooden gabled porch with slate roof. Right, asymmetrical window
in blocked entrance with window to right and above. All 2-light horizontal
sliding sashes. Chamfered lintel over fireplace in centre room. Possibly re-
used timber. Horizontal boarded panelling on first floor. Early C19 door to
rear on upstairs landing. (Cottage built into side of hill). Rafters pegged at
apex and at collar.
