Small house and adjoining outbuilding. Circa early-mid C19. Painted rubble with
some brick dressings. Scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends to the house ; corrugated asbestos over the outbuilding.
Plan: Double depth plan house with probably wider kitchen/living room on the right, parlour on the left flanking a cross passage leading to stair and shallow rear service rooms. Long outbuilding adjoins on the left, probably originally cartshed and stables.
Exterior: Single storey outbuilding, 2 storey house. East front has irregular 4-
window front of outbuilding on the left and nearly symmetrical 2 window front of
house on the right. House has shallow brick arches over the openings. Doorway left of middle has C20 ledged door. Original 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
