Probably early C19. Granite rubble. Slurried slate roof with end to road.
End is largely weatherboarded, ground floor double doors, 1st floor loft door
with flanking multi-pane fixed-light windows. Included for group value.

Portland House. Trelawny, Mr Gartrell's Workshop, No 6 and Mr Grenfell's
Workshop form a group together with Wharf House on the Wharf.
