Stable, dairy and washhouse left of Penlayree qv. Circa early C19. Granite rubble
with granite dressings. Monopitch slurried scantle slate roof. Brick stack to rear
right hand corner.
Plan: range of 3 rooms: stable, left, dairy middle, and washhouse, right. Stable has
doorway only to front.
Exterior : Single storey. 2 window east front. 3 doorways: stable doorway left and
the other doorways fairly close together with window at either side. Original
hornless 12-pane sashes and ledged doors.
Interior : virtually unaltered with original slate shelves in dairy and copper and
other fittings in washhouse. The stable has ventilator window high up in rear wall.
