Cross, detached shaft and base. Pre-Conquest cross, later shaft, possibly original
base. 3 granite monoliths, wheel-head is lying on a hedge. The upper face has the
crucifixion in relief set against a Latin cross. The reverse face has a Latin cross
in relief facing the ground.
Nearby, standing erect in the angle between 2 hedges, is a chamfered granite shaft,
and leaning against the hedge is a roughly-hewn socketted base.
This cross is very near its original site.
