GV II

House. Early C19 with few C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Slurried scantle
slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance; each room of equal size, heated from a
gable end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 2-window front. Ground floor has central C20
glazed door. C19 16-pane sash to right and left. First floor has C19 2-light 8-pane
casement with L hinges to right and left. The sides abuts the adjoining houses.
Interior: Not inspected.
