A simple small building, mainly C18, but having some earlier stonework.
Simple granite steps lead up to the main 1st floor, which has one large
corner window and one C19 double-hung sash. Slate roof. Brick chimneys.

Nos 2 an 4 and Dolphs Cottage form a group.
