House and adjoining cottage, now 1 house. Probably circa late C18, extended and
slightly remodelled in the early C19. Stucco. Scantle slate roof with rendered
stacks over the original gable ends. Hipped return right.
Plan: double-depth plan. To the left the original 2 rooms wide house, with central
passage leading to central stair between 2 rear service rooms; and to the right a 1
room wide cottage with its original doorway in the right hand wall.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 4-window south east front. Original 3-window front
left with central doorway with blind window opening over and 1 window front of former
cottage, right. Panelled door with latticed overlight. C20 16-pane horned sashes.
Interior: C18 dog-leg stair; some 2-panel doors and some circa early C19 architraves
with roundels in the corner blocks.
