1802, built as cornmiller's house. 2 storeys. Cement rendered and painted, with
slate roof. Entrance has slightly projecting pilasters with moulded capitals and
crude moulded and pedimented cornice, enclosing stone panel incised W Mawson 1802.
2 sash windows on ground floor and 3 above.
