Hause Farmhouse and attached barn

II

House and bank barn. Early to mid C18. Stone rubble, the house limewashed
slate roof. South elevation. 2 storeys, 4 bays, with 3-bay barn to east.
House has dripcourse to ground floor. Windows are sashed with glazing bars, but
4th bay has narrow windows, that to 1st floor is wooden framed with transom and
2 intermediate bars. Entrance to 2nd bay has half-glazed door. Gable-end stack
and cross-axial stack. Barn has 3 entrances, 2 now blocked with windows
inserted, and crow-stepped gable with rubble finial. Rear has continuous
outshut under catslide roof with varied fenestration and entrance. Barn has
entrance with paired doors.
