NY 43 NE HESKET FIELDHEAD

10/159 Fieldhead Cottage

House. Early C18. Whitewashed rubble walls, under graduated greenslate roof
with bottom courses of sandstone slates; C19 banded sandstone gable-end chimney
stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows in original C18 painted chamfered
stone surrounds, showing the remains of flat stone mullions. Left return wall
has C20 plank porch.
