Former outbuilding, now residential, probably originally a house. Probably early C18. Stone rubble with dressed quoins, slate roof. 2 storeys. East elevation has small light to ground floor; 3-light single-chamfered mullioned window to 1st floor, no
glazing (when surveyed). Wide entrance with cambered timber lintel and entrance with door with ventilation slots. Gable-end stack. South return has window with chamfered
reveals; north return has 1st-floor entrance up steps (when surveyed). Rear has lean-to outshut and 1st-floor window. Said to have panelled cupboard dated 1700 (RCHM).
