4/90 Manor Farmhouse

Farmhouse with attached dovecote. Late C17, altered C19. Dressed
limestone, hipped tiled roof, gable end brick and stone stacks. L-
plan. Two-storey, 2-window west front. C19 gabled central porch,
3-light C19 mullioned and transomed casement either side. First
floor has two 3-light C19 mullioned and transomed casements, Sun
Insurance disc to centre. Left return has large stone stack with
offsets, C19 casements to left, rear wing with first floor in
brick, 3-light recessed chamfered and 3-light ovolo mullioned
casements. Stone 2-step mounting block against wall to right.
Right return has lean-to conservatory, 12-pane sashes to ground and
first floor, 3-light mullioned casements to wing to right. C19
square dovecote attached to east end of single-storey outhouse
range has pyramidal tiled roof. Interior not accessible at time of
survey (March 1986).
