Detached cottage. Late C17. Flint and limestone chequers,
thatched roof, brick stack to right. Single storey and attic, two
casements. Entrance is to rear. Two 2-light casements to ground
floor and to two brick eyebrow dormers. Right return has C20
single casement to ground floor. To left is flint and cob addition
with one 2-light casement and hipped thatched roof. To rear is C19
outshut with planked door and 2-light casement.
Interior has chamfered beams with convex stops and open fireplace
with chamfered lintel on stone jambs, first floor landing has
barleysugar balusters.
