2 cottages and former watermill. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Painted
roughcast over rubble walls. Graduated greenslate roof with brick chimney
stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays with right 2-bay right-angled extension under common
roof, and right former mill, giving overall L-shape. Plank door and sash windows
with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds. Extension has plank door and sash
windows with glazing bars in C19 chamfered surrounds. Former mill is of
2 builds with plank doors in plain openings. Front wall has inset GR post box.
